This has been requested by a few members: What kinds of powers do demigods inherit from their parents? Well, I'll give the answer.
Zeus: Children of Zeus can usually control the sky and thunderstorms. They can summon lightning, but it can harm them as well. They can also summon and speak to eagles.
Poseidon: Children of Poseidon can control anything to do with water. They can enter water and breathe perfectly fine and they can also remain dry. They can enter water and heal themselves as well. However, some dirty and polluted water can harm them. They can also summon earthquakes and horses, though the earthquakes can harm them. Pegasus are in the group of horses so they can communicate with them, too.
Hades: Children of Hades can summon dead from the Underworld and cause tremendous earthquakes. Sometimes, the power of the Undead is uncontrollable and it can turn on them if they are not powerful enough. To control the dead is a very powerful power and can be harmful to the user and those around it.
Demeter: Children of Demeter can encourage harvest plants to grow when they are around them. They flourish very quickly this way. They can also grow vines from their fingers, and so can the children of Dionysus.
Ares: Children of Ares are uncommonly powerful and very skilled at battle. They can sometimes tell how their opponent will attack and when. They enjoy violence and war and seek to spill blood.
Athena: Children of Athena are quite intelligent and like to read a lot. They are wise and unusually skilled in battle. They do not speak bloodshed like the children of Ares, but they merely are skilled in battle and nothing else. They are usually fierce and stubborn as well.
Apollo: Children of Apollo are incredibly talented at archery (perhaps because they are related to Lady Artemis) and have a talent for music. They can control the sun's rays and produce a small amount of fire, though it greatly exhausts them. Also, they can have experience in healing and could possibly heal a person enough to bring them from the verge of death if they are powerful enough.
Hephaestus: Children of Hephaestus are skilled at the forge and can make weaponry (or anything, really) very easily. They can make their tools appear out of thin air and their materials as well. They are also masters of fire and can control it as well as their father. Their are immune to it.
Aphrodite: Children of Aphrodite are incredibly beautiful and will no doubt attract others. They can make others desire themselves or other things and can manipulate love in whichever way they wish.
Hermes: Children of Hermes are fast and quick-thinking. They have very good memories, too. They are skilled thieves, as well.
Dionysus: Children of Dionysus can make wine appear at will and they have a spectacular effect on grapes and strawberries when they are around. They can make vines grow powerfully and they are nearly always the heart of the party.
Hestia: Children of Hestia are blessings to wherever they reside. If they enter a home, it will be blessed and will be safe from any disasters or monsters. They are incredible cookers, as well. They also have a mild power over fire. They can wield it, but not summon it.
Iris: Children of Iris can summon rainbow messages like their mother. They can also summon rainbow projectiles and they can use it’s energy to bind things together. These children are usually very open and caring.
Hypnos: Children of Hypnos can make others drowsy to the point one might fall asleep. These kids are passionate. They can also enter and manipulate other’s dreams. When they walk into a room people might feel tired or sleepy.
Nyx: Children of Nyx have the ability to see with color in the dark. They can make an area darker or shadier then normal. These children are usually seclude and don’t want to be bothered with.
Nemesis: Children of Nemesis are very firm believers in payback. They have an uncannily ability to wield weapons and understand them. They can also, faintly, alter reality when justice needs to be served.
Eris: Children of Eris usually come from a rough background. Usually this leads them to being like Ares children but less social. They also have a good nature with weapons. They also have the ability to control negative probability which will leave them exhausted afterward.
Janus: Children of Janus are usually born in twins since their father(s) are twins. These twins can read each others minds and can see into the future, just a little. They are also blessings to homes from burglary.
